Meet with our client and selected design professionals to review goals and project outcome is key.
1. PLANNING PHASE
1.1 Define project scope and constraints (schedule, resources, risk, budget, stakeholders, etc.)1.2 Collect existing documents (drawings, reports, test results, etc.)1.3 Establish project team (both from client and consultant)1.4 Interview and select the appropriate design firms to execute our clients goals and objectives
2. BIDDING PHASE
3.1 Assist the client with inviting qualified construction management firms or general contractors to participate in the bid process3.2 Chair preview meeting and issue minutes for meeting3.3 Review and provide response to RFI from bidders Assist client with qualifying contractors bids
3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PHASE
4.1 Chair and manage preconstruction meetings. Issue meeting minutes to team members.
4.2 Review and approve submittal, RFI’s, pay applications, etc.
4.3 Onsite review meeting with designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the project is being completed on time and within the allocated budgets.
