Develop a proposal addressed to the client and other pertinent stakeholders stating the scope of work, the process that will befollowed, anticipated schedule, deliverable and fees for Pure Value Consulting servicesc. Most of our engineering services are executed in a manner that limits disruption to the facility/structure and usersd. Items observed in review that could have an immediate negative impact on the structure are brought to the attention of the client ortheir representatives immediatelye. Once an engineering report has been issued, Pure Value consultants make availability to assist the client with implementation of aproject based on their budget on other constraints.
1. PLANNING PHASE
1.1 Define project scope and constraints (schedule, resources, risk, budget, stakeholders, etc.)1.2 Collect existing documents (drawings, reports, test results, etc.)1.3 Establish project team (both from client and consultant)
2. DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE
2.1 Develop drawing sheets from general notes through specific details. The process starts with schematic sets, progress set throughconstruction set.
2.2 Develop project specifications; inclusive of frontend and technical specs for each product and process needed in the project2.3 Incorporate client suggestions after progress review A critical part on the construction drawing set is phasing (especially inrestoration projects where the facility/structure is being used during construction)
3. BIDDING PHASE
3.1 Assist the client with inviting qualified construction management firms or general contractors to participate in the bid process3.2 Chair preview meeting and issue minutes for meeting3.3 Review and provide response to RFI from bidders Assist client with qualifying contractors bids
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PHASE
4.1 Chair and manage preconstruction meetings. Issue meeting minutes to team members.
4.2 Review and approve submittal, RFI’s, pay applications, etc.
4.3 Onsite review of ongoing and or completed work to ensure conformance with contract documents4.4 Issue field reports for each site visit Create punch list reports and final walkthrough of project
