Purevalue Structures Group - REVIEW PROCESS

Our engineering review process is completed via the following approach:
a.  Consultants complete either an in-person meeting/onsite meeting/phone conference to gather information on the clients need
b.  Develop a proposal addressed to the client and other pertinent stakeholders stating the scope of work, the process that will be followed, anticipated schedule, deliverable and  fees for Pure Value Consulting services
c.   Most of our services are executed in a manner that limits disruption to the facility/structure and users. 
d.   Selecting the right design firms to support our clients need is essential. 
e.  Meet with our client and selected design professionals to review goals and project outcome is key.


Purevalue Structures Group: PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

The following four (4) phases are utilized by Purevalue Structures Group professionals to implement a project
1.  PLANNING PHASE
     1.1   Define project scope and constraints (schedule, resources, risk, budget, stakeholders, etc.)
     1.2  Collect existing documents (drawings, reports, test results, etc.)
     1.3  Establish project team (both from client and consultant)
     1.4  Interview and select the appropriate design firms to execute our clients goals and objectives

2.  BIDDING PHASE
      3.1   Assist the client with inviting qualified construction management firms or general contractors to participate in the bid process 
      3.2  Chair preview meeting and issue minutes for meeting 
      3.3  Review and provide response to RFI from bidders Assist client with qualifying contractors bids

3.  PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PHASE
      4.1  Chair and manage preconstruction meetings. Issue meeting minutes to team members. 
      4.2  Review and approve submittal, RFI’s, pay applications, etc. 
      4.3  Onsite review meeting with designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the project is being completed on time and within the allocated budgets.
